No-gluten AND vegan so-so rolls?!  Dang, Christmas really has come early this year 🤩

However, this isn’t just any kind of s-roll.  This easy-to-make dish is filled with a beautiful mixture of earthy mushrooms and smoky tofu, flavoured with winter herbs, a sprinkle of soy sauce & a touch of fiery mustard; coated with crispy golden puff pastry… Get in ma bellayyyyyy! 😍🍄  

2.  EASY VEGAN SCALLOPED POTATOES

This wholesome and no-gluten pistachio roast tastes like a fruity and fabulous party in your mouth – a fantastic vegetarian option for our meat-free friends.  Most importantly, with such a nutritious blend of nuts, seeds and fruits your body will thank you later 😉 

But wait – there’s myrrh! 

VEGAN FRIENDS: to make this plant-based, simply rid of the feta & replace the eggs with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds , and mix with 6 tablespoons of water (and leave to soak)!
